Serial No.248394, ca.1952-1954. Lens and body in good vintage condition, signs of dust/dirt particles in the viewing glass and lens. This model, known as "Contax D", first appeared with a little "D" marked under the Zeiss Ikon logo to signify its source as Dresden. In some markets it was sold as "Pentacon", a name contrived from "Pentaprism" and "Contax".
